It\u2019s boring, I know, but the first step to becoming a part-time real estate agent is to complete a prelicensing course and pass your state\u2019s exam to get your real estate salesperson license. Every real estate agent in the country must do this; yes, even the stars of Selling Sunset<\/a> sat through prelicensing school!<\/p>\n
