There are actually five different levels, so he\u2019s coming in at the bottom level, but we see a lot in him that he\u2019ll be able to get to that executive partner pretty quickly, and we\u2019re excited about that,\u201d duPont said.<\/p>\n<p>duPont also confirmed that Mitchell will not be originating any loans while at NEXA. Mitchell did not respond to <strong>HousingWire<\/strong>\u2018s request for comment.<\/p>\n<p>Mitchell is also the CEO of <strong>Discount AI<\/strong>, an online mortgage brokerage powered by <strong>Client Direct Mortgage<\/strong>, per its website. He announced his decision to join NEXA through a <strong>LinkedIn<\/strong> post on Wednesday.<\/p>\n<p>Mitchell\u2019s hiring follows an announcement made on Tuesday at HousingWire\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/events.housingwire.com\/AI-Summit\/home\">AI Summit<\/a> about a NEXA Mortgage and <strong>Tidalwave<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.housingwire.com\/articles\/nexa-mortgage-partners-with-tidalwave-to-bring-agentic-ai-platform-to-brokers\/\">partnership<\/a> that will give NEXA\u2019s 3,200 brokers access to Tidalwave\u2019s agentic AI technology platform.<\/p>\n<p>Tidalwave \u2014 which integrates with <strong>Plaid<\/strong>, <strong>Argyle<\/strong>, <strong>Truv<\/strong> and <strong>ICE Mortgage Technology<\/strong> \u2014automates income, employment and asset verification.
